Self employed mortgage help

Hi ive been self employed for 3 years as a sole trader, last august i started another small business alongside my existing one. I’m hoping to buy a house soon but need to know whether i can count the income from my new business for my total income on the mortgage application or if it wont count as it only started in August even though its part of my 20-21 tax return. Thanks

@tinkerbell0902 Unlikely with most lenders but potentially may be considered with lenders who will accept just the first year accounts.
