Better off with the Simple grated from Lidl.2 -
The coffee beans are a true bargain. If you grind your own or have a bean-to-cup machine, fill your freezer!!

Better off with the Simple grated from Lidl. Not for me. Got some in my fridge I opened a few weeks ago when it was last on offer. The cheese is dated 11/04 and can't see any mould. I do keep it the crisper drawers at the bottom of the fridgeYoursCalley xHope for everything and expect nothing!!!

Is it feasible to freeze some of the grated cheese?
I don't find it goes mouldy, but towards the end of the pack it has definitely dried out.0 -
Yes the cheese will freeze and still be OK to eat and I have done that in the past, the hard part for me is remembering to take some of the frozen cheese out early enough to use it when I want to use it.1

Frozen grated cheese is good for jacket potatoes, topping of cottage/shepherd's pie, lasagne, pasta bakes etc - anything hot. Not so good for salads, sandwiches.1
