New financial association - ClearScore

Hi, I have a question about how quickly a credit search will show on ClearScore if anyone can shed any light on the below I'd be grateful!

My husband and I have applied for a joint mortgage with Nationwide via a broker - we are FTB. On Monday our broker advised that he had scored the application and it had passed (is that the DIP?!) A soft search is showing from Nationwide on both Experian (ID check) and Transunion (quotation search) dated the 19th.

Yesterday morning our broker submitted the full application and we received a text confirming receipt of the application followed by another text advising a survey has been booked for tomorrow about 40 mins later.

Then this evening I've received an email from ClearScore advising that a new financial association will be added to my next report. I thought this might mean another search has been done by Nationwide this time on Equifax. When I've logged on to ClearScore I can see my husband is the new financial association (despite us having held a joint account for almost a decade!) but when I've checked my searches, expecting to see either another soft search or a hard search from Nationwide, there's nothing showing.

Is there a delay in a search on Equifax showing on ClearScore? I'm not sure why else a financial association would be showing now if it's not because of the mortgage application.

Thanks in advance!
