COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their email address. 2. The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. 3. Employees of needi or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw. 4. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and are eligible to claim any prize you may win. 5. To enter the Prize Draw you must enter a valid email address through needi’s competition site and subscribe to our mailing list to ensure you receive your entry confirmation email. You may unsubscribe at any time, after you receive your confirmation email using the unsubscribe link in the email. 6. Only one email address to be used per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. 7. Additional entries to the Prize Draw will be accepted when other participants register for the competition using your unique referral code only. 8. needi accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry will not be considered as proof of receipt. 9. needi reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw. 10. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 31st May 2021. Entries received beyond this date will not be included in the draw. 11. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on 01/06/2021. 12. The winner will have the choice to select one of the following gifts: a. A luxurious 1 x night stay at an ‘Another Place’ Hotel between 1st June and 31st December 2021 for two people to the maximum value of £200. Bookings to be made through needi, subject to availability. b. The services of a professional cleaner up to the maximum value of £200 to be used between 1st June and 31st December 2021. Booking to be made through needi, subject to availability. c. A luxurious Hamper filled with British delights to the amount of £200 which will arrive with the prize winner by the 30th June 2021. 13. The winners will be notified by email within one month after the Prize Draw is held including how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to needi within 14 days of being notified by needi, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and needi shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and needi shall be entitled to select another winner. 14. The prize will be sent to the winner by needi by post/email. 15. The name and country of the winner can be obtained after 2nd June 2021 by sending an email request to social@needi.co.uk. 16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 17. needi retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available. 18. needi is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and needi’s Privacy Policy which is available on below. 19. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by needi or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition. 20. needi accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. needi further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. 21. needi reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. 22. The decision of needi in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 23. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 24. The Prize draw is run by needi Ltd.
