Hi guys
just a quick question, the majority of my debts are being chased by Lowell, some have now been passed on to Overdales (used to be known as Lucas Credit services)
Do Lowell act on behalf of their clients or do they just buy the debts and then chase the customer for repayment?

Lowell are a stand alone debt purchasing company.
They may pass your accounts to other "inhouse" collectors, or an external agency of their choice to collect the debt, but they are the owners, yes.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
