3 Month Climbing Gym Membership can no longer make use of it due to change in date due to Covid

Hello,
Myself and my partner bought I 3-month membership for a climbing gym before lockdown. Unfortunately, we have moved away from the gym and can no longer use it. The membership would have been up by now, however, it was frozen due to covid. We managed to go 3 times between us during the few days before lockdown Does anyone know if we are entitled to a refund of the time that haven't been able to use?
