Bluestone requested Landlord reference

Hi all, my application for a mortgage has been with Bluestone for about a month and they have come back asking for a 2 years landlord reference.
I have been a good tenant. Have done few overpayments and had 2 late payments. I have spoken to my landlord requesting him to fill the form sent ( we have a good relationship). He stated that he is worried about being involved as he doesn’t want to have any impact of the lenders decision. He also said he is very busy caring for his elderly mum and is concerned that they might continuously ask for lots of information and he doesn’t have time. I have reassured him that I will try and more information re what he might expect.
1. Once the landlord has filled the form about 2 yrs payment , do they ask for anything else/ more from landlord.? ?

@lucy2000 All Bluestone want to know is if you had any missed/late rental payments in the last 0-12 and 12-24 month period. They are unlikely to have any more info requests from the landlord.
