Barclays End of Fixed rate deal

Hi

We bought a new bought a new build through HTB a couple of years ago and are coming to the end of our deal with Barclays.
Any mortgage advisors out there, do Barclays offer all rates to us or is it only part of the range? I don't want to repay HTB at this stage.
Do they conduct a new valuation or will they use an index to determine LTV?
