Ok thanks, I will contact the agency and inform them they need to not withhold the remaining three days payment and they need to pay up based on workers rights.
(The manager who I was liaising with even called me numerous times on the following monday/tuesday to check up on how far ive gotten, so that in itself is proof as well....)
Now the agency isnt coming back to me... funny, theyve gone radio silent....0 -
I gave an email to them informing up until friday to respond with payment or this will be taken further. Still no response. I am going to assume this is going to be a long game.1
