New job and Mortgage

I am currently looking for a new job, but unsure whether to stay put until I have my mortgage in place. I will be applying for a joint mortgage with my boyfriend who has been at his company for over 6 years.
Are there lenders that offer Mortgages to people who have only been in a role for 3 months, but passed a probationary period?
Unsure what to do and don’t want to jeopardise our application.

@hannahroset92 Based on the limited info in your post, there's nothing to suggest that it may be an issue. There are mainstream lenders who will even consider future jobs/salaries. Soon as you have a full month's payslip, you should have a decent choice of lenders.
To be clear, this is only with regard to the job situation as described.I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
