Just checked my report on credit expert and it seems Wellcome finance have done a search without my consent. Now I have not at any point been in contact with these, the only contact ive had with any loan firm was Yes loans who I didnt pay and told I did not want anything to do with and a company called Churchill finance who i also did nothing with so I guess it must be from 1 of these, also the deatils on the crdit search were incorrect(length lived at adress) were not talking slightly wrong but 17 years wrong, Is there anything I can do here?, guessing this is unlawfull for 1 + shows on my credit record.

I had something similar with Welcome who told me I'd been accepted for a loan (which is kinda funny as I never applied for one!).
Once I'd wrote to them and told them to remove it from my credit records, they did fairly quickly too.Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0
