Two weeks on, I've had engagement from NAPIT (and from HIES, and a follow-up email from MCS) but still no sign of the rest of the handover pack and no further comms. Light Renewables' heart might be in the right place but their admin appears to be terrible.

    2.72kWp PV facing SSW installed Jan 2012. 11 x 247w panels, 3.6kw inverter. 34 MWh generated, long-term average 2.6 Os.
Not exactly back from my break, but dipping in and out of the forum.

Another month(!) and still no handover pack.
NAPIT are beginning to get fed up too and tell me they have sent Light Renewables a "notice of suspension".

@QrizB with your handover pack received, was that all that was required from Light Renewables to complete the install and register the system with the DNO?

The pack from Light Renewables included a copy of the letter that they sent to the DNO. I suspect it wasn't sent until November.
I haven't yet had a reply from the DNO and need to chase them up. Thanks for reminding me!
