I’m a member of my local Kent Savers Credit Union and tried a few times to apply online for a personal loan or a child benefit loan. Each time I get to a point in the application where the link to the following stage fails and I can’t progress further with my application.
I’ve tried to get help directly with them via email but told to just skip the step of connecting my bank account, complete the application and send bank documents at a later date.
I cannot do this it won’t let me. Has anyone else had this or can tell me how to apply another way?

My usual suggestion would be to try a different device/browser and disable any add-ons such as ad-blockers, VPNs, etc as I've had these break bank websites in the past. If it still doesn't work and you are dead set on the account, then I'd look to see if you could do the full application over the phone or if they have a postal application form you can fill out and send off.
