So in 2016 I got in trouble with Peachy loans and ended up putting them in the DMP with stepchange I am in.
Today they send me a default notice for the full amount. £1051
I have paid every month since 2016 via stepchange. And only owe £246 They have also already registered a default in 2016 which shows up on transunion
also to add in 2016 I complained to the FOS and got a £500 reduction off as per unfair lending, they also instructed peachy to wipe off all adverse information of my credit file! Which clearly they didn’t!

I’ve now recvd this default notice, who do I Contact Peachy or the administrators?

I think I'd wait to see what shows up on your credit report. They should not add a second default and the first one drops off next year.
If they do change the date to this year, then complain to them and the ICO1 -
I can’t wait, I’m going thru a mortgage application, and adverse in the last 3 years will basically deciline us straight away.0
