Just wondering, does anyone know if that's the company used by Aldermore? Had a bizarre text message from them I don't understand. I've emailed my broker and estate agents too to try and find out.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Their first text is all about their coronavirus stuff but does usually contain a link to book an appointment. If you are expecting a valuation appointment then I'd be inclined to follow the link...1

I mean I am expecting a valuation but not on my property, its for the one I'm purchasing so thinking that text should be for vendor not me? I have followed the link and it prompts me to enter the postcode, and then sets up an appointment system but obviously I can't book it for them. Awaiting a response from my broker, my EA said they haven't heard anything regarding the valuation yet 😳0

My lender used e-surv. They were a bit slow to set up an appointment with the vendor. I passed their number on to the EA and it was booked in very quickly after that.0

The txt should have a phone number and a reference number to quote, pass that along to the EA and let them handle it.CLJ2986 said:I mean I am expecting a valuation but not on my property, its for the one I'm purchasing so thinking that text should be for vendor not me? I'll forward it to them but they've already sent me back to my broker. This whole process has been an utter nightmare!MWT said:
