Flexible Mortgages?

Evening all,
I set a reminder 6 months in advance of my mortgage rate period expiring, and today is the day I need to start looking.
This last year has rewired my brain a bit, and I am starting to think I would like to have a bit more flexibility. I'm not saying 100% I am moving, but I would like the option should an appropriate role arise elsewhere.
Having a quick look, the only mortgages that tend to have no early repayment fee, are standard variable rate ones. Is this correct or is there another option I'm not aware of?

@DireEmblem There are a handful of mainstream products that come with no ERC, just use the MSE mortgage finder and filter for no ERC products.
