No two applications are the same, but I have a history of missed payments (NO defaults, NO CCJs just several missed payments across several accounts) and payday loan use up to nov 2019. My LTV is 90% and my broker has put an application in with Aldermore. I recommend finding a good broker experienced with adverse credit history. I haven't had an offer with Aldermore yet though, my (2nd, first had a hiccup and was cancelled!!) Application has been in for nearly 2 weeks now.0

Did you get dip as we are in same boat0

Basically when I first applied I used a broker I've used before, he couldn't place us with 2 high street lender, they both declined at DIP stage. I then used experian as a comparison thing to try and find a mortgage myself, and was contacted by Chartwell Funding. They requested a copy of our credit report and got a DIP with Halifax. Realised something had been missed and redid it, declined. Which is why we are now trying with Aldermore. Just a warning if you try Chartwell, just be prepared to chase them. They don't charge until an offer is made but I find that they aren't the quickest at passing on info or requesting things. I'm extremely grateful that they have been able to help us though as everyone else seemed to say no!0
