For me, I just remember the first and last bits of my password and leave the middle to whichever website. Here's an example: @&"________*95*. In this example @&" and *95* are fixed. The variable is what I underscore and left blank. The blank line can be replaced by f$b (facebook), H$S$B$C (HSBC), N$F (Netflix). I find this useful to me personally and have been using this system since 2000.
