Can you freeze stollen?

I have a large stollen (the type with marzipan in the middle), I'm the only one who eats it so would like to slice it up and freeze in portions... will this work?

I have frozen it before..and it is fine when defrosted..if you have the one with a roll of marzipan through the middle -it sometimes goes a little sticky..but still tastes fine.-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
