Company share scheme and mortgages

Hi. Looking for general advice. I work for a company that gives us shares yearly on top of our salary and then we can sell them after 3 years. I am well into the scheme so can sell yearly now. Are there any mortgage companies that will take these into account as my salary is doubled on my p60 because of these but as my base salary is lower struggling to get the mortgage I want. Any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

Hiya
i have exactly the same kind of share scheme - wondering if we work for the same company?
I couldn’t use it with my recent mortgage application but I only had a handful of lenders to choose from due to adverse history, however there are mortgage advisors out there who can factor it in, it depends on the lender I think 😊0
