Halifax doesn't always ask for business bank statements for SE applications. But if they do, they will want to see that the business is back up and running again.

My partner is under the construction industry scheme so the Halifax class him as employed. Do you know if the application process is quicker for employed rather than self employed?
Yeah my current provider is natwest and they said its a definite no if you've taken the SEISS. Santander who declined us said I contradicted myself as when they asked if the business had been affected by covid we said no and looking back wish we hadn't claimed the grant.0 -
