Please help now discharged

Myself and my partner are both now discharged after 12 months of bankruptcy and have fully co operated with the OR all the way through the process and no IPA was put in place because of low income. I have now been passed to a IP because I had a property we have now left and returned the keys to the mortgage provider and are now renting. My IP is now asking questions about my bank statements before bankrupcy and feels like I’m going through the process all over again when I thought after discharge I could finally move on with my life again. Is it normal for the IP to be going over everything again from scratch after discharge I was completly upfront and honest with my OR and sent everything they requested and they confirmed everything was fine and nothing else was required so I don’t understand why the IP wants it all again after discharge its really affecting my mental health please help

Hi there

You say that you have now left and returned the keys to the mortgage lender - does that mean you have just moved out recently? If yes, and the property is now going to be sold off it might be that they're checking things again as a formality. 
(Just an initial response = there are others with much better knowledge who should be able to help more).

How much equity was their in the property? 

And yes, it is normal for an IP to go through everything again.  The IP I suspect has become the Trustee in your estate, in place of the OR.

I had a trustee appointed as I had 3 properties. 
We had a meeting and they asked for a new SOA..I explained nothing had changed and they accepted the SOA I submitted for BR.
