Problems due to covid

How do I make a section 75 credit card claim when I have balance transferred my card to a new card provider? Do I claim against my old card provider or the new one?
I have paid in full for a wedding, which cannot go ahead due to lockdown. The venue for months have said they intend to keep the full amount even if the wedding doesn't go ahead at all due to lockdown. Now they are refusing to engage with us at all on the prospect that the contract is frustrated. My new credit card provider cannot find the transaction I made as down-payment on the Wedding and I cannot get through to the original card provider or successfully submit my s75 claim on their website. My date is looming and nobody is willing to help, including our wedding insurance provider.
Thanks

What exactly is the venue saying - are they offering to transfer your dates for another wedding in the future?
What reason has your wedding insurance given for not paying out?
When is the wedding due, and is it that it can't go ahead during lockdown or that it can go ahead but with fewer people attending and would the venue give a partial refund on that basis?
Who is the original card provider? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
