They can cause your skin to age prematurely, making it look coarse, leathery and wrinkled. ... Using a sunbed to get a tan is not safer than tanning in the sun.”
Have you thought of using fake tanning creams instead? They are cheaper than a tanning bed and I understand they are much better than they used to be. Not like the ones I used occasionally in the 60s when I was a teenager that made you look orange

”Looking at some of the young girls today, I'm not so sure they are better than they used to be.Reminds me of the advert 'you've been tangoed'.A friend's daughter uses them and her bed sheets are permanently stained.

It all depends on the tanning product ,some are very good. I think the people who look tangoed! Are either applying too much OR _ WANT to look like that!!😨 I find the older I get the more sensible when it comes to sun worship. I never have ventured out in less than factor 30 since I hit 30! And still tan well. But now I look to sit in the shade as much as possible. I wouldn't use sunbeds at all. I really worry about people using them, and think the govt should consider banning them.Focus on contribution instead of the impressiveness of consumption to see the true beauty in people.0
