Now Debenhams is full of trashy clothes...

...where I shop!?

Obviously I knew Debenhams was in administration but I was still buying bits and bobs from there, had an order in my basket ready to purchase this morning and the website has been revamped to By that I mean 'Boohoo' and 'NastyGal' being the main brands.

I want the nice jewellery (Mood/Jon Ricard/Debenhams own) the nice clothes (Principles, Maine, Wallis). Where can I buy nice clothes at the same sort of discounts Debenhams used to do, with free returns, and without paying postage!?

Well if you only want them "at the sort of discounts Debenhams used to do" then Boohoo is known for regularly discounting, but the quality is, as you say not good. Debenhams couldn't afford to keep discounting, its one of the reasons they went bust. If you want cheap prices you will get cheap stuff. If you want better quality you might need to pay more.

But due to the short-sightedness of the previous owners, Debenhams is gone. You'll need to find somewhere else to shop, M&S and John Lewis are probably good options for better quality.

    Wallis have their own website.

You could also try JD Willams & Crazy Clearance, I'm a former Debenhams shopper and always been happy with what I've bought there.

Next or Very are orher options though I have no experience of them.

I had my eyes on a few fragrance gift sets but the old Debenhams website is no more.  There's a super fancy super sleek website with all the items I wanted gone.  Oh well.
