On my equifax credit file a hard search has been preformed by RBS is this part of NatWest?
If a hard search was preformed and still have my dip is this a good sign still waiting for them to open my digi portal? Did this on Thursday

I read it wrong on the chart equifax have.. no hard searches on the file just soft one from rbs.0
