    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £229,702
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 58 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 12th October 
    Produce tracker: £426 of £300 in 2025

    2) £2.6K Net savings after CCs 10/10/25
    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £27.9K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.25K) = 34/£127.5K target 26.6% 10/10/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 60.35K or 47.6%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
    5) SIPP £5K updated 10/10/25

    The weekend has been a blur, ran yesterday then tidied the house from top to bottom, did load after load of washing and worked night shift last night. So today I have been mainly taking it easy😂 more washing as it’s a gorgeous day and I might head out for a walk in a while. I need to make an appointment for my car service, must try and do this today!

    I could in theory KK but I don’t know if it’s an age thing but I feel sore and achey in the morning, should probably look into HRT😂

    If you think you'd benefit from HRT check it out. I suffered far too long on a low dose as no-one told me it came in different strengths... It just hadn't occurred to me but when I upped the dose I slept better.

    I just feel i must be through the worst now SH so might as well just keep going. 

    I had to drop the car off this morning for a service and ran back, it’s sooo hot! Yesterday and today seem to have been mainly household admin although I did get out to see a film with a friend last night.

    The vet was happy that the cat is doing well so that’s good news and luckily she is free of fleas now or that would have been embarrassing 🙄

    Trying to keep spending down as it’s been an expensive month already and there are still more expenses to come including a wedding present and road tax at the end of the month 😱
