Well things aren't improving on the work front but I have a couple of days off so trying not to dwell on it.
So at the end of my first year I have overpaid a total of £2175, I am quite pleased with this as there have been a few extra costs related to just getting a home together again. I was going to aim much higher for the next year but have just had to add a bank loan to my debts as my car seems to be on it's way out. So need to go find myself a car...

4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise)

Forced myself out for a walk this evening and got sandblasted at the beach - it’s windy out there!Excess from car loan has gone toward clearing cc as I got more than anticipated for my old car.
