Nationwide fixed term ending...

Has anyone recently had a fixed term end on a mortgage with nationwide? Ours is due to end in october and I was wondering do they automatically send through new fixed rate offers which we can accept if we are happy or do we have to reapply?
Do they need a load of documents again or the fact we are an existing customer and not asking for anymore money it will be a simple process?
We haven't had any payment holidays during our fixed term.
Any advice appreciated.

@jellytot123 For a product switch (staying with Nationwide) with no change in loan or term, there should be no paperwork required and should only require a few clicks/minutes online.

Mine ended in Feb and they reached out in December time I think with a call, and there were remortgage options on the site. I was removing my ex so couldn't make use of them but it looked straight forward

Ours comes to an end at the end of Sept. NW will let you pick a new product up to 5 months before hand and then move 3 months before hand. Just booked a cracking rate (1.34%) for the next 2 years. 👍🏼

When my last fix was due to end with Nationwide I called them (because I’m impatient!) and they allowed me to move onto it 3 months early which I was very happy to do as it was preferential. You can check out the rates on their website, just put in your particulars. I was also pleased because they valued my house higher so I had a better LTV than I realised.
