Landlord won't return deposit

I will keep this brief as this for me has gone on far to long almost 7 years
A landlord who won't give me my deposit back (he didn't put into a deposit scheme)
I first applied for its return by way of a money claim in 2014 he ignored this, so I was granted a Judgment for claimant. Myself having suffered ill health, I tried to no avail for its return, I later found out he had entered into bankruptcy, so I was unable to pursue him through the courts until he came out of that in 2019 It's now in 2021 been to court and I won the case, I have placed a charging order against his property this has also been granted by the courts, I would just like to know if I can proceed with an attachment to earnings as he is a wealthy person receiving rent from over 15 hmo tenants, and other 3 properties, and lives a 1/4 million pound property mortgage free any help please here would be greatly appreciated

Depending on where you are that could be a 1 bed flat, a 3 bed semi or something larger
