Help with broker / mortgage with Default

can anyone advise / recommend please.
seperating and accepted offer on our house.
I will have approx 30% deposit.
will I be able to get a mortgage?
I have 2 credit cards with no missed payments and I’ll pay them off in full with equity.
I don’t think high street will touch me. Current mortgage with Halifax for 9 years but seems that is irrelevant.

@redapple1 Based on the limited info in your posts, you should have adverse options available at 70% LTV, assuming affordability, etc stack up.
