Natwest mortgage application online

I completed a mortgage application with Natwest online on 03.04.21, but i am still waiting for my application number so i can upload documents to support the application. Has anyone completed one recently and if so how long did it take for you to get your application number to upload documents and then how long was it after this that you got your mortgage offer?
