Natwest mortgage with CCJ

Hello
So we have just got our credit files and it shows my husband has a CCJ from 5 years ago for £400 we didn't know about this.
Just wondering what are the chances of getting a mortgage with Natwest. Is it worth a shot or definite No??
(Nationwide offered us one but would lend on the property)

Your chances will be much improved once it's settled.0

You could always try a NatWest AIP and see what it says. Having said that, I myself would use an MB with a CCJ on my file.0

There is less than 12 months left, if we settle it it will take about 6 months to get it all sorted so may as well wait till the 6 years is upDeleted_User said:Your chances will be much improved once it's settled.0
