Help obtaining refund!

Morning. I returned online purchase to a supplier (trainers) 6 weeks ago. Have acknowledged receipt of item, and just keep advising me that the refund is "being processed" but nothing ever materialises. Keep advising me to allow more time. Being fobbed off daily.  
Can see from Twitter that I am not the only one having issues with them. Just contacted my credit card company who are sending me a "dispute pack", but does anyone know if there is anything else I can do to try and get this money back and to stop being ignored. Thanks!
