What deals do coop have?
There is a balance between longer term and your overpayments hitting ERC limits.
With a low rate saving for snot cost a lot more and gives more flexibility to decide at another time.

Coop never got back to me after me sending second lot of proof that we paid off our equity loan. I reckon they lost it again. I dont think they taken off from their system yet if they lost the documents again. Would that be a problem switching providers?
