i found this in my DH pczone magazine this week
' if you would like your cds and dvds to be recycled rather than put into landfil, please post them to:
polymer-reprocessors,
reeds lane
moreton
wirral
ch46 1dw'
we get through loads of cds on the computor when saving data so it might be an idea rather than the bin!

There are only so many tea coasters that one can have at work and in the house!Gordon Brown ate my hamster0 -
Just make sure you aren't sending them sensitive data.0

most cds i have are either games or music that i've downloaded. i'd never send off personal stuff like banking etc.0

You can always string up old cds/dvds over your veg patch to keep the birds away.0

Anyone got a freepost address for these guys. I know they used to have one as I called them then lost it. I have stacks of scratched CDs I cant bear to bin. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
not found a freepost address yet, but is this place a little more convenient for you?

Also, if the cd's/dvd's (originals only tho, no copy disks or recordable disks) are in good condition (with boxes etc) they can go to the BluePeter appeal this year. They are collecting cd's dvd's games etc which I believe are sold through Barnardo's to raise money for young carers (children who play a significant role in the care of either their parents or brothers/sisters). Your unwanted disks can be taken to your nearest Barnardo's or Lloyds TSB0
