Kent Reliance Shared Ownership

Hey everyone, me and my partner are really keen on an off plan property and was introduced to the housing associations own mortgage broker. We have sent all our documents to our broker, and he checked our credit history. Unfortunately back in 2017-2018 we have had a few payday loans due to personal circumstances and have explained this to our mortgage broker who understand as he wasn't really happy at the payday loans as this pretty much ruined our credit history. As this was over 2-3 years ago, do we stand a chance of getting AIP or rather mortgage approved with kent reliance

Since then we have had an excellent job opportunity and were both earning combine household of 60,000 and we have been on time with our payments and not borrowed any payday loans since then. We was introduced  by our broker with a lender called Kent reliance and now waiting on our AIP. We haven't had any other adverse situations

Whats are chances of getting accepted woth an AIP or even a mortgage. We have applied for a 95% mortgage. So worried. Any one woth similar experiences?

I don't think anything from 2-3 years ago will go against you, if there all satisfied. If your broker as suggested Kent, he obviously thinks from the initial information you will be ok, although I'm far from an expert and currently waiting for a decision myself.

Thank you so much...alright the waiting game. And this is just Agreement in Principle were waiting for. But I'm more nervous about the actual mortgage offer decision.

I am also in process of buying shared ownership and had payday loans/missed payments in 2018-2019 - my application is currently with Leeds and I’m with specialist brokers. Applied for 95%LTV
