AIP how accurate?

I am sure this has been asked before but what percentage of people fail or pass the AIP stage? I have just got an AIP with atom but I have anxiety and I am worried something will go wrong for no reason. I have a broker who is great but I don't want to be constantly at him.
Thanks to anyone who can reply.

@betty2012 From experience doing DIPs for clients, when they fail, the reasons are usually -
    - credit issues which the client didn't know of or didn't disclose
    - 50-50 cases (high debt in the background, some adverse) submitted with high street lenders. I would only do this after setting the right expectations with clients.
    - addresses not picked up correctly by the lender system or the credit agency system (happens quite often with flat addresses)
    - multiple DIPs run by the client earlier with inconsistent information (I'm not saying this is done deliberately but clients often key in DIPs incorrectly due to not knowing how lenders treat certain income, etc)
    - Internal lender flags (often it's impossible to get any more info on this)
This is not an exhaustive list, just a few of the common ones off of the top of my head. Hopefully the other brokers on the thread will chip in with a few more.

Thanks. So if all stays the same after the soft search. ie none of the above it should be ok?

I understand why they said buying a house is one of the most stressful things to do now.
