Partners income

Options
I’ve finally declared myself bankrupt this week,  after a separation from my husband 2 years ago which was messy, I finally moved on and now live with my new partner, so I have a few questions relations to my impending official receiver interview

will my partners income be counted towards disposable income my she had her own bills etc so she needs some of the desposable income for them,

uc joint claim will it’s be halved 50/50 when working out what I receive etc?

Joint bank account I assume it will be frozen so I have made other arrangements for wages etc to go into another account is this correct? Will it be in-frozen?

Thank you in advance

Best not to have any joint financial ..as your BR will affect there credit report.
Open a basic bank account and transfer everything over...the OR will let them know they have no interest in it and hopefully will not freeze.
Nationwide..Co op and Barclays have good reports on here
