Updates on debt cons remortgage!

So.., my mortgage is £130k, desktop valuation of property is £185k, looking to consolidate 20k worth of debt so I can start my life again (please don’t lecture me on how this is wrong it’s what’s best for me)

halifax who I have been with 6 years never missed a payment won’t accept because I have 2 betray transactions for month of March... and any more than 2 they kick out as excessive!!

broker now trying a lender who doesn’t require bank statements as I have good affordability (34k a year earnings).

fingers crossed and positive comments welcome :) I’m sure I will get there and there will be a lender who will help
