@LuckyPenny This is par for the course! You get to enter their competitions in exchange for receiving their emails. For those really good, juicy competitions, some firms get so many entries that one way they use to reduce the volume is to exclude automatically those who've said 'no' to marketing emails. It's up to each of us as individuals to make a note of which competitions we've entered and when. Another reason end dates are so important.2
