Mortgages and Break up

Hello, long story short

We have a help to buy mortgage and now my partner wants to break up with me. we have only been in the property 3-4 month and she wants out (I must be a terrible house mate, especially after a 8 year relationship!). Im in a very horrible position and really need advice on what my options are, I wanted to check on here before I go to my bank.
does anyone have a rough Idea on what kind of options ill have at this point? :(

Was a deed (declaration) of trust drawn up at the time the property was purchased?

@maitland88 Mortgage-wise, the cleanest break would be to do a transfer of equity. However this will only be possible if your sole income can support the mortgage and enable you buying her out. You will also need to first get H2B approval for transfer of equity (removal of party).

at this point, i'm not sure I can afford the property by myself. I'd like to think I can but not entirely sure.
