  • I've just bought a pretty damn nice Philips 26" for the bedroom from an eBay powerseller..

They specialise in return stock, and I imagine, it could be pot luck if you get an absolute brand spanking new or hardly used TV..

As it turns out, the one I bought was brand new, (you can just tell if it's never been used, taken out of packaging etc), and my oh my, £300 smackers cheaper than anywhere else on the net :D

If it's Cheapest Electrical they're very good, that's where I got my 26" HD Ready Philips LCD TV from, with built-in Freeview and virtual dolby-digital* 2 x HDMI.

OK not via their eBay listing but from their website.

I'm pleased with it as is my friends who have bought Philips items from Cheapest Electrical both from their website and via eBay.

There is another eBay store that sells Philips products, not bought from there myself.

(* No Virtual Dolby is much good, have a decent 5.1 DD/DTS amp, so not worried about the TV anymore having DD).
