Getting a mortgage with a job contract
Our rental contract runs out in October and would love to avoid signing up for another 12 months.

@PecrySugden In that case you should have options, as long as you've completed the qualifying requirements (an exam or a certificate, I can't remember off of the top of my head).
Not sure how early it can be though. You don't have to sign up for another 12 month tenancy, just let it go onto a rolling contact instead @PecrySugdenMortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
