Parcel2go won't refund me

Hello I am hoping someone can help me. Parcel2go collected my package on the 6/3/2021
They delivered it to the destination but it was completely smashed to pieces..
So I filed a claim as I paid extra for insurance and it was honoured by Parcel2go.
Anyway I started the claim from them on the 10/3/2021 and they had my details ect... they said I will be refunded in 5-7 days time...
3 weeks later still no money back from them. They stated they had paid it to the account I gave them. I contacted my bank and even they said no such payments have been made to this account from Parcel2go.
So contacted them again and again and have now had my bank details 5 times now yet they still say they have refunded me. They have blocked me from messaging them ect. What do I do? There is no way I am going to let them get away with it and keep my money for the item they smashed. Cannot even speak to a human. Ridiculous it is

i believe insurance is covered by the insurance ombudsmam? it is effectively an insurance claim you are having problems with...

Yes i paid an extra fee to cover a cost of £100 insurance. They said they paid it ect but now I'm losing hope. They seemed to have blocked me from everything now... ridiculous0

Were you rude with them in communication? Where I used to work we'd only block people if they were particularly rude to staff.0

Parcel2go- what a joke-sent the parcel 2 months ago- the buyer said he didnt recieve so i chased it up and i got a photograph showing they left it at ARGOS gate. First it was a small yellow bag and mine was a large black bag full of shoes..second Argos say they dont have a gate. So then another two weeks pass and parcel2go say they found the parcel but it still hasnt been sent and wont reply to me and say they wont compensate as i didnt take out their extortionate insurance. I told them the contract is me paying for collection and delivery and i shouldnt have to insure it gets there! This is open to theft if the delivery people know its not insured and nothing will happen. So now no shoes- no parcel and a unhappy customer! Dont use parcel2go- total crooks!0

I've used Parcel2Go many times and never had a problem - and that's the point ... it's totally down to an individuals experience. My next one with them could be just as bad as the ones you guys have had.Would be interesting to know how OP got on. Suspect it's another one of those stories where we never get an ending. Hate those. That's why good or bad I always update with an outcome on mine.0
