Bankruptcy - you can't "manage or promote a company", but what does that actually mean?

This does sound like a clear breach and therefore should be reported to the relevant IP.

I am supportive of the bankruptcy system in general in the UK, mainly as I believe it gives people a new start. I equally don't feel that it should be abused in such a way by individuals.

In response to the question above, being a team manager or marketing manager I assume is ok, however being at board level management I would deem as not.
