Mortage advice please

Hi, when i apply for my next mortgage in 2024 my 2 defaults will have dropped off my credit file; however, they will not be settled. I will still be paying my monthly payments to them, each with a balance of £1500 ish. Will this go against me in a mortgage application? I pay each one by direct debit so the lender will be able to see it on my bank statements.

Thanks!

Some lenders do not ask for bank statements. Between now and 2024, that could be more lenders.
Some lenders would just expect you to put it down as a commitment.

3 years is a long time in the current climate. Best to see what everything is like closer to the time.

Thanks. What banks currently don’t require bank statements? We have always had a mortgage with santander.
