2nd homes holiday lets - rishi tax target?

With increasing numbers using salary and bonuses etc to buy 2nd homes and then use them as holiday lets for additional income and pensions , wonder if this could be an easy tax target for rishi next year ?

Finance cost tax relief is limited to basic rate, and new rules will prohibit badging what are really second homes as holiday homes so as to get them rated and then claim small business rate relief.0
