    What exactly was the tribunal claim that you made and won?
    It's in the first post?
    From reading, in the ops final pay the company deducted exam costs which was not mentioned anywhere in the contract.
    A judge ruled the company had never made it clear the op was to pay this back and the op never signed to say they agreed to this. 
    Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....
