Best set top box for retro gaming?

There seems to be the cheaper boxes about hundred quid or so that play everything upto n64 and dreamcast

then there are the more expensive ones that can play Xbox and ps2, some even play ps3 and Xbox 360, which ones are best to go for here in 2021?

and what are the best ones coming out soon?
